Position: Senior Recruiter
Pay: $65/hr
Location: Remote
Description: Senior Recruiter
- Duties include full life-cycle recruiting
- Sourcing & Screening candidates to match current requirements
- Facilitating interviewing process and assisting in closing candidates
- Database input and maintenance
- All required EEO/ AAP compliance reporting requirements as directed by human resources department
Skills: Senior Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software., 10+ Years of experience in the defense industry, BA degree or 10 years equivalent.
