Talent Acquisition Representatives strategically and operationally identify sources of talent, build relationships, and select individuals who possess the mindset, values, and special skills to thrive within the organization.
With 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, our team is adept at understanding the nuances of hiring across various roles and levels.
We strive to provide candidates and hiring leaders with the ultimate employment experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with department management in assigned areas to pinpoint hiring needs and formulate both short and long-term hiring objectives.
Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies for filling current and anticipated vacancies.
Job Descriptions : Review, draft, and update job descriptions / postings as necessary. This includes potential expense reduction plans and other related tasks.
Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with department management regarding the status of open positions, ensuring a consistent hiring process.
Department Liaison : Visit departments on a scheduled basis, attend relevant department meetings to fully comprehend the purpose, programs, work roles, and overall culture of the units being served.
Recruitment : Harness a variety of resources – from advertising to community outreach – to recruit candidates for both open positions and anticipated vacancies.
Candidate Assessment : Administer pre-employment evaluations using the iCIMS selection tools to assess potential hires.
Recommendations : Offer well-informed candidate suggestions based on these evaluations, ensuring hiring managers receive only top-tier applicants.
Administrative Tasks : Manage scheduling, documentation, and other relevant administrative duties as they arise.
