Apollo Intelligence Hiring for Manager, Client Services at United States Full Time

General Overview:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day duties of Primary Market Research. Along with other members of our research team, you will help conduct projects across a variety of life sciences companies utilizing insights generated from key stakeholder groups including physicians, patients, payers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

You will manage the execution of research projects—from survey programming, to fieldwork management, data cleaning, and through to creation. Additionally, you will be in a client facing position, contributing to conversations with your Research Director throughout the project lifecycle.

While this role allows for increasing responsibility on the on the executional, you will also gain opportunities to directly interface and eventually co-lead discussions with our clients in the life sciences industry.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in consultative client discussions to uncover business need and identify research objectives in partnership with account director/regional team lead
• Draft survey questions in support of primary market research plan developed in conjunction with account director
• Use InCrowd and Apollo’s proprietary technology to create and program research to desired audience
• Collaborate with the sample fulfillment team to complete research fieldwork in US and International markets
• Review and contribute to client-deliverables to ensure the research outputs address the business and research objectives
• Ensure compliant market research best practices by participating in require adverse event (AE) training, monitoring and timely ing of AEs to pharmacovigilance while following strict internal and manufacturer-specific guidelines
• Leverage software tools for data analysis, project management, and cross-team communications
• Effectively manage monthly revenue of $150K+

Qualifications:

Educational / Technical

• 2-4 years of experience delivering primary market research to pharmaceutical and biotech clients
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or life sciences; advance degree a plus
• Must be a technophile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint (Mac skills a plus)

Required Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of primary market research design and experience with delivery in support of drug and medical device manufacturers’ business needs
• Foundational understanding of the life sciences stakeholder groups including HCPs, Patients, Pharmacists, and Payers
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to proactively seek out innovative ways to contribute to InCrowd’s growth
