Due to our expansive growth, we are now hiring a Accounting Service Clerk to help support our logistics and accounting team! 1 year of previous accounting experience is required in order to be considered for this position.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for entering and proofing vendor purchase orders for contract jobs.
• Research and report on discrepancies regarding purchase orders and customer invoices.
• Provides accounting and clerical assistance on projects to accounting department when needed and necessary.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
