Position Title: Solar Phone Advocate

s to: Marketing Manager

Status: Nonexempt

Location: Denver, CO

Apollo Energy’s main goal is to educate homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar. The Solar Phone Representative explains the benefits of switching to solar to homeowners, sets appointments on the phone, collects electricity usage, and propels the overall mission of the company. The Solar Phone Representative is a persuasive communicator, customer-service oriented professional, personable, and has an eye for detail. We are a rapidly growing company and have a collaborative, team-spirited atmosphere that focuses on employee growth and professional development. Because of our very positive reputation, a portion of our lead source derives from fresher Inbound leads. Additionally, Apollo Energy is among the 10% of solar companies that don’t subcontract any aspect of the solar marketing and installation process. This affords ample opportunity for growth as well as opportunities to learn about other aspects of solar energy that aren’t directly related to this position.

Responsibilities

*Via phone, call internally canvassed leads and educate homeowners about the benefits and cost savings when switching to solar energy *Schedule homeowners for a free solar assessment that demonstrates Apollo Energy’s solar energy product *Collect electricity usage with customers by conference calling with utility companies *Add appointments and necessary information to the Google appointment calendar *Document all information in Zoho, the company CRM *Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

*Ability to work reliably both independently and on a team *Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required *Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $22.00 – $29.00/hour.
