Talent Acquisition – Automotive Dealership
Seattle, Washington

A large automotive dealership group in the greater Seattle area is looking for a talent acquisition manager to work with each department to find them qualified team members.

Daily Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partnering with Hiring Managers to conduct intake meetings, post open positions, assess applicant qualifications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants and candidates for salaried positions at all all locations
• Reviewing resumes and sourcing passive candidates
• Promptly dispositioning candidates
• Participate in weekly recruiting meetings to report progress
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports
• Preparing offer letters, extending offers to successful candidates, coordinating post offer background checks and post offer drug screens and new hire communications
• Participate in local job fairs
• Adhere to the established recruitment process

Required Education and Experience to perform successfully in this position:

• Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience recruiting for Technical roles (i.e. – I.T., Mechanical and Electrical, Industrial and Welding Engineers), Professional Roles (i.e. – Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Accounting & Finance)
• Experience using, Linked In and Indeed

• Strong organizational skills: Ability to plan and follow-up

• Ability to build talent pipelines and create a strong network
• Ability to partner with external recruiters as needed
• Must have a sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
