Manage and oversee an EDI program that includes processing of various transactions sets for Zebra US and Canada. Oversee the setup and maintain trading partner profiles, maps, and van services. Maintain and monitor connections with van services and AS2 communications. Oversee setup and review testing documents with new EDI trading partners for accuracy.
Manage and oversee the company’s LANs (local area network), WANs (wide area network), network segments, Internet, and intranet system infrastructure

Manage and oversee end-user software issues, as well as supplier EDI issues. Interacts with internal staff on all levels to help resolve ERP-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
Manage Help Desk and oversee responses to incidents, and document resolution in agreed upon SLA (service level agreement). Create documentation of standardized Company IT Polices as it relates to using company resources.

Manage network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

Manage and oversee support services to Canada and Monterrey – Manage meetings and directing service needs
Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions as well as system implementation, and support.
Strong management skills in dealing with both staff and projects
Proven project management and change management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deal with people with different skills sets and backgrounds
Experience supporting a high-volume ERP application – Microsoft D365
Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365, Azure, Office 365 and Windows 10 preferred
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures, within IT field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Knowledge of computer logic and methodology to perform task listed under principal duties and responsibilities
Experience with Manufacturing/Distribution Center operations including receiving, pick-packing, shipping, and inventory control
Experience working multi-divisional, and/or multi-company distribution operations
