APM Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Working in a collaborative and supportive team of TA professionals who provide talent acquisition services to several growing health and community portfolios, you will provide all sorts of coordination and support to the TA function, the team, the various businesses, and stakeholders.

You will make an impact by:
Triaging enquiries in the Talent Acquisition Inbox

Collaborating with the business to ensure candidates have their ADF clearances initiated

Completing weekly reporting in a timely and accurate manner

Leaning in to support the TA team with operational activities – screening, job advertising, etc.

To be successful in this role…

You are either an experienced TA Coordinator or looking for an opportunity to enter Talent Acquisition as a career. A role as a TA Coordinator with APM is an entry into the potential of moving into Consulting or Sourcing.

You will have:
Client service experience with a strong customer focus

Highly developed administration competency

Positive stakeholder engagement capabilities

Proficiency with Microsoft, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
