APM Hiring for Talent Acquisition Consultant Job at Melbourne Full Time

In this permanent full-time role, based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for partnering with various business units and programs to provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition solutions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader you will work with a talented and collaborative Talent Acquisition team and be part of a wider collaborative and supportive People & Culture team.

You will make an impact by:

• Securing talent across Allied Health, Aged Care, Corporate Services and Community Services
• Developing sourcing strategies to identify and secure suitable talent
• Building talent pipelines through attraction and engagement activities
• Delivering a positive candidate experience that promotes APM Brand and EVP

To be successful in this role…
You are solutions-focused and have a natural curiosity to understand candidate drivers and behaviours. You have a passion for candidate experience and understand the importance and impacts of providing a positive candidate experience in tight candidate markets.

You will have:

• Demonstrated success in a Talent Acquisition role
• Demonstrated experience in Health / Allied Health / Aged Care
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
• The ability to ‘get in front’ of things and improve TA service delivery
