Position Summary

Apiary Medical’s best in class customer service department is looking for an individual who will represent our company and customers with grace, patience, and compassion. This role helps ensure all customers have an amazing experience with Apiary Medical. As a Customer Service Representative, you will strive to provide a professional and positive interaction with all incoming requests/inquiries from customers, vendor partners, and cross functional team members alike.

You are:

You will be:

• Answering incoming customer calls regarding order placements, billing issues, product problems, service questions, product inquiries and customer concerns.
• Processing orders, POs and invoices.
• Entering vendor bills in the system.
• Placing phone calls to purchasing officers to obtain POs and payment instructions.
• Updating customer, product, pricing information in the company’s system database as needed.
• Assisting the company’s offsite sales representatives by providing them with paperwork, pricing that they need or by answering their inquiries on a particular facility’s ordering policies.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with every caller.
• Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
• Impacting the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

Qualifications/Skills:

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen ability to listen and demonstrate empathy

· Upbeat, collaborative and positive attitude and approach to work

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time independently and effectively

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Order entry/data entry experience

· Quickbooks OR NetSuite & MS Office
