APG Workforce are currently seeking a full time/permanent Recruitment Assistant to join our client based in Tamworth.

• Permanent full time role, ASAP start
• $65,000 plus super
• Mobile Phone supplied

The Role:

• Responsible for providing effective advice and administration support to Hiring Managers across the business through the end-to-end recruitment and ensuring compliance to policies, procedures and legislative requirements at all times.
• Assist with the Co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers providing an excellent experience for both stakeholders.
• Support, advise and coach hiring managers in relation to recruitment and selection
• Act as the key point of contact for recruitment matters
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and available for all positions/vacancies
• Maintain and update candidate records and trackers (manual and electronic)
• Carry out any general administration duties e.g. filing, photocopying as and when required
• Conduct visa checks as per immigration requirements

Critical Skills and Experience Required

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience or knowledge of HR and/or Recruitment processes
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly build and maintain positive professional relationships built on trust across all levels of the business
• Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to professionally challenge a hiring decisions when required or push back to stakeholders when required.

Please be advised this role will require you to be onsite Monday to Friday, there is no WFH options.
