Job Scope & Purpose:
Our client is looking for a talented candidate that will have strong organizational ability, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to challenge themselves in an active recruiting organization while also broadening their experience as they gain exposure to facets of Talent Acquisition within Biotech. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and can be remote.

Responsibilities:
High volume and complex scheduling interviews

Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials

Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting and hiring activities

Job Requirements:
Associates/Bachelors Degree

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, MS Teams, and applicant tracking systems such as Green House

Prior experience scheduling interviews professionally

Prior Administrative and/or HR experience required

Life Sciences/Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
