Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study. Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa.

Technical or specialized knowledge/skills:
• Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Object Oriented programming, as well as other programming paradigms such as functional.
• Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience building secure web applications using a combination of the latest technologies.
• Must be comfortable working in highly collaborative environments.
• Must be able to conduct presentations in group settings in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong customer service, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Must be able to learn new and emerging concepts very quickly.
• Must be able to maintain good productivity in developing efficient code in a very timely manner, with defect rates kept to a minimum.
• Experience with advance source control systems, such as git.
• Experience with Scrum software development.

Environmental, physical and psychological requirements:Â
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climate controlled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, and operating a telephone.  Demands for visual and auditory acuity are typical of an office environment. Must be able to interact via email, telephone, or in person with diplomacy, tact, and courtesy with all members under varying circumstances. Must be able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Must be flexible with schedule to work overtime as needed based on demands of the membership. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Salary range for Level I: $58,780.80 – $77,168.00 (IT-13) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performanceÂ
Salary range for Level II: $68,744.00 – $90,230.40 (IT-14) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performanceÂ
Salary range for Level III: $80,475.20 – $105,622.40 (IT-15) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performanceÂ
Salary range for Level IV: $89,065.60 – $116,896.00 (IT-16) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performance
Salary range for Senior Level: $99,112.00 – $130,083.20 (IT-17) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performanceÂ
