Senior Sales Executive. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our innovative and fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing A sales team, driving business growth, and developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans and initiatives to drive overall sales performance
• Monitor, analyze and on sales performance, market trends and competitive activity
• Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to ensure targets are met
• Oversee the sales force and assist with recruitment, training, and development
• Establish relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
• Identify and assess new business opportunities
• Remain up to date with product and industry developments
• Manage budgets and other related financial duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a high level sales executive or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of price strategies and customer service
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,204.90 – $181,360.25 per year
