We are looking for a Recruiter.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Perform recruitment activities, including posting open positions, pre-screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Manage all on-boarding correspondence
  • Complete background checks
  • Maintain and Update job descriptions on career sites

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous work experience as a recruiter
  • Strong relational skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal staff
  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new things quickly
  • Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
