We are looking for a Recruiter.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Perform recruitment activities, including posting open positions, pre-screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews
- Manage all on-boarding correspondence
- Complete background checks
- Maintain and Update job descriptions on career sites
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience as a recruiter
- Strong relational skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal staff
- Detail-oriented with great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks
- Willingness to adapt and learn new things quickly
- Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
