Position Summary: Our Company is growing rapidly and is searching for an experienced candidate to lead the Talent Acquisition Department. The leader will devise a recruitment strategy and recruitment process and execute sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing. Develop and implement a corporate policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing procedures. Manage assigned business units’ recruiting/staffing operations and programs and recruitment team members.
