Job purpose
This position ensures adequate staffing levels and that business needs are appropriately resourced.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Collaborate with leadership of each department to identify staffing needs and work to fill them
2. Support retention efforts through employee on-boarding
3. Maintain accurate activity tracking and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
4. Other duties as assigned
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be a confidential individual who possess the following skills:
· Strong interpersonal skills
Experience hiring candidates through Indeed, Apploi and other job sites
· Knowledgeable and adept at interpreting and adhering to labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
