Apex Chiropractic Hiring for Front Desk Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant-Bilingual(Spanish) Full Time

We are a Neurologically-based Chiropractic office, in West Madison, looking for a dynamic individual to join our excellent team!

We are specifically looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, passionate about helping others, has the ability to think on their feet and has the ability to prioritize what needs to be done.

All necessary training will be provided on the job.

We are open Monday-Thursday with occasional weekends.

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual in Spanish

-Must be a team player and enjoy working with others

-Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment

-Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with our practice members daily

-Must be 18+ to be considered

-Must have basic knowledge and be comfortable with computers and technology – we are an electronic medical office

Position Includes:

-Greeting Patients

-New Patient Consultations and Exams

-Scheduling and Collecting Payments

-Working with Children

-Managing the Front Desk

-Quick and Accurate Data Entry

-Taking X-rays

Starting Salary: $16.00 to $21.00/hour with rapid raises and a competitive bonus structure.
