About the role
As APEM continues to grow, our HR function is going through transformational change to facilitate the growing needs of the business. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support this change by providing an exceptional Talent Acquisition support function ensuring that HR operational and legislative requirements are met
The key focus of the role is to provide an efficient and cost-effective Talent Acquisition service to the business and to support the Head of TA with all live recruitment campaigns. Maintaining the System Administration of the ATS system, keeping the vacancy tracker up to date, managing TA budget and supporting day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities & strategy.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the recruitment process is adhered to all times, briefing calls, budget checks, providing feedback, filtering and assessment of candidates.

About you*
You will be an experienced talent acquisition partner, who is able to talk knowledgeably about a wide range of subjects within a relevant field and have at least one specialist area. Having the ability to prioritise your time and workload, as well as those of others in order to achieve deadlines is essential. You will produce high quality work (including data analysis and report writing) within tight deadlines.
An confident understanding of managing a TA team including the performance, resource management and reviewing work. Delivering the appropriate training and development for your team, and always keeping aligned with APEM’s goals and objectives.
You will be able to identify business development opportunities, including identifying, attending and presenting at relevant conferences and marketing events.
