Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, your daily and weekly accountabilities will include:

• Proactively making outbound calls and utilizing various communication channels to generate new business prospects.
• Managing face-to-face and virtual meetings with the support of subject matter experts.
• Following up on opportunities, leads, and referrals to successfully convert quotes.
• Developing compelling proposals from our extensive professional services product suite.
• Actively participating in LinkedIn, marketing, and industry networks to drive inbound tender requests
• Nurturing both short and long-term prospects through HubSpot client nurturing
• Growing existing panel arrangement opportunities and optimizing conversion rates
• Identifying and generating embedded/specialist labour hire placement opportunities
• Tracking and ing on pipeline performance to the Executive Leadership team
