Our Logistics Manager is accountable for the daily management of US transportation and 3PL provider services. Directs the US logistics operations including personnel, 3PL partner delivery, technology, and sourcing new 3PL and transportation partners.

Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing all logistics personnel. Fosters a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer service.

Builds a strong partnership through regular communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Key Responsibility Areas :

• Expands carrier relationships to meet growing capacity needs, delivering results in both quality and cost. Analyzes transport and delivery operations to achieve efficiencies, reducing transit times, improving on-time performance, and reducing costs.
• Oversees performance of 3rd party transportation partners (FedEx, UPS). Communicates expectations clearly with partners.

Ensures company policies and standards are clearly defined for all company partners. Negotiates pricing to control cost.

• Oversees relationships with vendors ito ensure efficient container clearance and transport, express capacity planning and control
• Drives cost savings and increased value through successful negotiation of vendor contracts and partnerships.
• Oversees freight claims with transportation partners and ensures timely resolution
• Builds policies and procedures for reviewing supplier performance against contractual obligations, service levels, and business expectations.
• Conducts competitive analysis for all logistics costs. Negotiates rates and s for approval.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of work experience in warehousing and supply chain preferred experience in the eCommerce industry
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in supply chain or warehousing management
• Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skill set
• Working knowledge and experience with an ERP System.
• Industry knowledge and connections within 3PL warehousing and transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire direct s
• Proven organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to warehouses and for other business needs
