Aosom LLC Hiring for eCommerce Website Coordinator at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

This position will primarily be a multi-function role, with primary responsibilities focused on daily ecommerce operations, copywriting, sales promotion planning, and email marketing for our website Aosom.com. This position will require a person with excellent proactive problem-solving, sound judgment and communication skills, and initiative to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. This role’s prime candidate should be tech/internet savvy, extremely detail and process-oriented, with stellar follow-up skills. They will be someone who enjoys learning and is not afraid to tackle new projects.

What you will do:

• Creating copy for and assisting with planning & execution of sales promotions
• Email marketing, create and send email campaigns
• Create and optimize email automations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve order processing issues
• User experience and conversion optimization projects
• Monitor, analyze, and take action to improve performance trends, ratings, and reviews
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategic plans enabling successful launch of new products and features on Aosom.com, and execute digital components of integrated marketing plans
• Compile and analyze sales trends and marketing performance in comparison with competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations
• Effectively communicate status updates on projects, and resolve project issues and escalations by presenting solutions and acknowledging roadblocks

What you will bring:

• Positive and collaborative attitude, enthusiasm for learning and tackling new projects
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills, for collaboration with internal teammates and external business partners/customers
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to analyze information quickly and present findings in a professional manner
• Intermediate or stronger computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office – advanced Excel skills preferred
• Must be proactive and highly organized with excellent time management skills and a desire to learn and build on current experience
• Skills/experience with digital advertising, analytics, and building are a plus
• 4-year college degree from an accredited university in marketing, business, or related field of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or ecommerce marketing experience
• 2+ years of previous applicable eCommerce work experience
