Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in electronic and mechanical Assembly (i.e., Assemble/disassemble/rework)
Excellent attention to detail during both one-off and repetitive tasks
Maintain high standards of workmanship without constant supervision
Ability to work efficiently in order to meet tight deadlines
Able to work on tasks individually but happy to work as a larger team
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work safely and independently, with minimal supervision
Be able to pick and move heavy objects up to 25 Kg.
Responsibilities:
Assemble cables, electrical or electronic systems or support structures.
Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment. Solder and manually place components such as resistors, diodes, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, wires, and other electronic parts to designated locations or printed circuit board.
Use air vac and soldering iron to manually repair electronic components.
Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring and harness to sub-assemblies and assemblies using hand and power tools.
Work from specified drawings to solder and manually assemble electronic components onto circuit boards requiring fine hand assembly.
Able to perform a variety of mechanical assembly operations. Use hand tools to torque and crimp
Able to set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the assembly process.
Able to read an assembly drawing and adherence to written and verbally conveyed assembly procedures.
Understanding and verification/confirmation of the Bill of Materials (BOM) on work orders.
Use his knowledge and experience and initiative to resolve routine and sometimes complex non-standard technical queries and problems raised by other technical team colleagues.
Conducting in-process and final quality inspections as required, Check the quality of work before handing off the units to the next production cycle.
Assist with the packing and shipping of all products
