As a key member of the Board/Senior Leadership Team, the HOP sets the strategic HR agenda to support the growth of the Company. Leads the people strategy for Company.
THE ROLE:
The Head of People (HOP) will provide inspirational leadership and embed a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The HOP will be a commercially astute, empathetic, and driven leader with a passion for people and proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful HR strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the people function within the organisation as it goes through a period of rapid growth. The HOP will build upon current HR processes and policies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of business operations and will develop the current recruitment, wellbeing and engagement strategy that attracts and retains an outstanding team.
The HOP will build a comprehensive talent and acquisition strategy that is focused on attracting diverse talent and creating effective teams.
The HOP will beindependent, assertive, and self-confident and will be able to manage multiple priorities, lead the conversation and take the initiative while understanding cultural nuances in the business.

The scope of the job may require effective delegation to proven people. Especially routine and repetitive details should be delegated but with responsibility for follow up and accountability for timely results.
While the job requires the ability to act independently, a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges, a full commitment to the success of the business and high standards of achievement are expected in this position.
