The Centre
This is a beautiful and well respected small boutique preschool based in Sutherland Shire. This high quality centre has a real focus on listening to the children’s voices and adapting the learning environment to suit this. They have a very supportive management team that are able to offer a large amount of professional development. The service owner is a bachelor qualified educator who can offer excellent support and development opportunities to the successful applicant. The centre is purpose built and has excellent resources and facilities, lots of natural light, and a beautifully renovated large outdoor space.

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an Early Childhood Educator in a natural state-of-the-art service in the pre school room. With industry leading conditions, very low staff turnover and high levels of employee engagement this is a fantastic place to work. You will assist in programming, ensuring the quality is high across the board mentoring and supporting staff. There is also progression opportunities and support with a mentoring plan in place to progress into the educational leader of the service.

The successful educator will be rewarded with an excellent working environment and continual support from management. The successful applicant will need to hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and the service is happy to consider experienced ECTs or new graduates too.

Who you’ll be

As the ideal Childcare Educator, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You’ll have experience working in early childhood and have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be passionate about providing education and care of the highest standard to children.

The ideal educator for this position will hold;

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
• Working with children check
• Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis
