The Centre:

Anzuk education is working with the management team of one of Melbourne’s leading Early Childhood Services.
The service is a state-of-the-art facility with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care. The service celebrates and embraces the natural wonder of children’s curious minds and endeavours to cultivate a life-long interest in learning. The Centre is inspired by a play-based approach and offers a light-filled, stimulating learning environment for the children. The service is situated in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role

As the Director, you will lead and support the team with the development of high quality programs.
You will be drawing on your previous experience and passion for the early childhood sector to oversee staffing, daily routines, policy and regulation changes and develop excellent relationships with the parents while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care and striving for more.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to gather, inspire and lead others, and have an expert understanding of 21st century learning and teaching.

To apply for this role, you will have ideally at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and must have a Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.

You will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
