As a Talent and Culture Consultant, Executive Recruitment you will partner with stakeholders to deliver a high touch executive service proposition across candidate attraction, assessment, selection, and mobilisation. You will champion exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience and be a trusted advisor and coach to the business to deliver a considered executive recruitment approach. You will be hands-on in proactively identifying and attracting internal and external executive talent and participating in initiatives aligned to the ongoing strategic priorities of ANZ. Consistent with our agile ways of working, we partner extensively with other teams across Talent & Culture and the broader enterprise to ensure alignment, champion ongoing learning, and seek better ways to do things.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relevant experience leading end to end recruitment for executive roles preferably in the financial services sector, a large, complex organisation or executive search sector.
A client-centric focus, with internal experience managing business stakeholders as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
A progressive view of recruitment, relying on informed insights and market data to make data driven decisions on the appropriate recruitment strategy and approach.
Demonstrated knowledge of executive remuneration structures.
Demonstrated experience and confidence to liaise and influence at the executive level and engage with C-Suite candidates.
A resilient and flexible work style, with the ability to adapt your approach as appropriate.
