Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to inbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Responding to customer emails and live chat inquiries.
  • Thorough documentation of all contacts within the customer management system.
  • Perform a variety of tasks associated with customer and client services.

Requirements:

  • High school or general equivalency diploma.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.90 – $24.40 per hour
