ANT Neuro Hiring for Technical Sales Representative at Australia Full Time

About the job:

ANT Neuro Australia, leading company in electrophysiology and neuronavigation systems, is growing, and we have ambitious plans to continue this growth by expanding our direct sales team in the Australia & Aotearoa region.

We are looking for a person to further strengthen sales outreach activities, and to support our customer’s success. If you have a clinical, research and/or technical sales background and want to apply your skills at the intersection of neuroscience, engineering, and clinical applications we encourage you to apply. After training on our continuously evolving product portfolio, you will work directly with our sales and application experts to meet the ambitious goals of the region. You will build strong relationships with customers in your local region while representing a global player in the medical/research device market.

Your Role:

• Sales of high-quality neurotechnology (EEG, software, accessories, TMS navigation) for research and clinical use in the sales territory (Australia & Aotearoa)
• Proactively identify,introduce, and reach out to potential customers within the designated areas.
• Find solutions, create proposals and prepare quotations in close coordination with customers and internal team
• New customer acquisition via incoming product inquiries, conference leads and after market research, as well as systematic processing of the existing sales pipeline for the establishment and development of the sales territory
• Active participation in trade show appearances, conferences, scientific seminars and workshops in the sales territory. Possibility to do on-site workshops, product demonstrations, installations, and briefings (after initial, intensive product training and independent planning)
• Help execute marketing initiatives– internal events and product marketing.
• Customer support including, but not limited to, phone contact, emails and site visits.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with KOLs in the region.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or education in the field of medical neurotechnology or with relevant knowledge and experience in the neuro field.
• Ideally already experience in customer facing roles, in sales and in preparing offers.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work structured and organized.
• Confident appearance with enthusiasm and persuasiveness.
• Good negotiating skills
• Committed communication skills with the necessary assertiveness.
• Commitment and team spirit as well as a self-dependent and conscientious way of working.
• Drivers license.
