SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for supporting all global learning and development as well as key talent management initiatives. The incumbent will focus on talent management operations, process optimization, program delivery and leveraging technology to simplify and optimize the employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead overall operations and process improvement initiatives for key talent management processes such as: learning and development, goal-setting, onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, 360s, and development planning
• Leverage the HRIS, LMS, and supporting technologies to implement best practice talent management and learning and development processes and solutions that maximize the employee experience
• Manage vendor-delivered programs including all stakeholder communications, program implementation, project plan management; and post-program effectiveness evaluation
• Deliver high impact facilitation of custom and vendor provided content to global audiences of employees and leaders at all levels
• Consult with business leaders to develop and execute learning related projects
• Define, implement and iterate on metrics to measure programs and processes and implement continuous improvement efforts based upon the data analytics
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting processes
• Evaluate and select vendor partners; manager relationships; and evaluate and negotiate contracts
• Create standardized documented processes and ensure that they are followed to ensure sustainable talent management and learning and development operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field
• Strong project management experience
• Prior experience with LMS, talent management software, learning and development and/or systems and systems implementations preferred. Prefer experience with training course design and facilitation
• Strong ability to collaborate and influence without authority
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change
• Strong cross-cultural competence with ability to work inclusively with diverse teams globally
• Strong technical skills, specifically with strong PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint or related technologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certifications for training content
• Experience managing large projects to completion including creating and managing project plans preferred
• Experience in a multi-national global organization
