We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with experience in Tech and Digital Recruitment join a new high growth business unit. It is an exciting time to be joining a new function to enable the expansion of multiple business units across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Our client has strong leadership, innovation led. As TA within this business you will have a hand in shaping delivery models, working to develop direct channels of talent but also working closely with partner agencies to drive an efficient and slick process bringing on best of bread talent locally and internationally.
The firm has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra with presence in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Working with Internal teams and external partners on recruitment strategy
• Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market,
• Creating, supporting, managing initiatives and projects across relevant business areas

About you:

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with focus on tech and or/ digital
• Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
• Knowledge in talent pipelining, sourcing, agency management
