As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you own all recruitment initiatives across Australia and will have a significant impact in key areas and departments of the business by managing the end to end recruitment process, working closely with the leadership teams to influence and nurture a culture and brand that attracts and retains the best talent in the market. This role reports to the Head of Talent based in Sydney.

Who are you?

You’re a skilled and experienced recruiter with a background in scaling teams. You have a passion for creating great candidate experience and helping hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions through strategic partnership and coaching. You are also passionate about technology and are excited by the potential to be part of a global technology growth story.

You’re a confident and adept networker who sees value in attending events and conferences to build brand awareness in the candidate market and access passive talent. You have an extensive professional network, you enjoy meeting new people and you are comfortable talking to people at all levels, quickly building rapport and gaining trust. Managing, analysing and measuring what you do comes naturally to you, you have a great grasp of a variety of technology-based tools that you use to help you work efficiently. You are well organised and go about your work with energy.

• Be responsible for the end to end recruitment of roles across Australia
• Utilise all channels including direct, referrals and agency, working to targets for each
• Work with hiring managers to build a pipeline of talent ready for our next wave of growth
• Attend relevant skill-specific events and conferences for networking purposes
• Regularly track, measure and report on areas of impact
• Coach and advise hiring managers on best HR & recruitment practices
• Cultivate employment brand strategies across social media channels

What you’ll Need

• 2+ years of recruitment experience gained from either agency and internal companies
• A good grasp of professional and social media platforms – how to use them for their individual strengths
• Excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
• Solid command of sourcing techniques and relevant tools to engage prospective talent
• Experience working within fast-paced, Software/SaaS, high growth companies
• Proven results in high volume recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design roles a definite plus.
