As an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist you will coordinate and execute all recruitment initiatives across London and EMEA and will have a significant impact in key areas and departments of the business by managing the end to end recruitment process and orientation of new hires through their onboarding journey. This role reports to the Head of Talent based in Sydney. In addition, you’ll work closely with regional leadership teams to influence and nurture a culture and brand that attracts and retains the best talent in the market.

This is a 6 months’ contract role with the opportunity to extend

Who are you?
You’re an experienced HR Professional with a background and passion in recruitment, training, or facilitating orientation workshops ideally within London and with SaaS hiring experience. You have a passion for creating a great candidate experience and helping hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions. You are also passionate about technology and are excited by the potential to be part of a global technology growth story.

You’re a confident and adept networker who sees value in attending events and conferences to build brand awareness in the candidate market and access passive talent. You have an extensive professional network, you enjoy meeting new people and you are comfortable talking to people at all levels, quickly building rapport and gaining trust. Managing, analysing and measuring what you do comes naturally to you, you have a great grasp of a variety of technology-based tools that you use to help you work efficiently. You are well organised and go about your work with energy.

• Be responsible for the end to end recruitment of roles across EMEA
• Facilitate orientation programs
• Manage the onboarding activities and P&C processes for all new hires to increase new hire retention and probationary success.
• Utilise all channels including direct, referrals and agency, working to targets for each
• Work with hiring managers to build a pipeline of talent ready for our next wave of growth
• Attend relevant skill-specific events and conferences for networking purposes
• Regularly track, measure and report on areas of impact
• Coach and advise hiring managers on best HR & recruitment practices

What you’ll Need

• 2+ years of recruitment experience gained from either agency and internal companies
• HR Experience coordinating the different initiatives and projects of the function
• A good grasp of professional and social media platforms – how to use them for their individual strengths
• Excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
• Solid command of sourcing techniques and relevant tools to engage prospective talent
• Experience working within fast-paced, Software/SaaS, high growth companies
• Proven results in high volume recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design roles a definite plus.
