OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a professional accountant to join us in our Houston location; our capital investment firm is growing and expanding rapidly and we are looking for a candidate who can keep up with the fast/high-impact we provide for our community. Our firm works on projects ranging from hospitals, clinics, and labs to housing projects, condominiums, and apartment complexes. This unique opportunity provides personal and professional growth by providing a wide range of projects ranging from industries such as medical to residential and commercial.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual who is able to work at a rapid pace while also providing quality services with little supervision. The candidate would be expected to provide recording, reporting, analyzing, and communicating of financial activity as well as keep track of budgets for multiple LLC’s.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining LLCs
• Preparing monthly financial forecast and budget preparation for multiple LLCs
• Quick responsiveness to management requests

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates should exhibit strong leadership qualities coupled with powerful organizational skills; looking for strengths in technical proficiency and great communication skills.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience
• CPA preferred
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with comfortability in presenting analyses
• Experience using accounting softwares is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office as well as Google Docs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
