Leading on the UK & International desk to fuel expansion plans

Headhunting A-grade candidates

Building candidate market maps ️‍️

Running candidate and client meetings

Pulling jobs consistently from non-existing clients

Pitching for retained and exclusive business

Establishing your own brand in the market through a variety of mechanisms

Inviting candidates and clients to Business Transformation Network (BTN) events and encouraging them to create content for the platform.

Working towards targets to progress and eventually become an Annapurna leader

Requirements:
1+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience (HR, Tech, Finance, Professional Services industries preferred)

A passion for relationship building and business development

Ability to recruit for and liaise with senior clients

Competitive, with a goal oriented mindset

Drive to become an Annapurna future leader

Organized, communicative and able to take direction
