Head Office – Whyteleafe, Surrey (15 minutes from East Croydon and easily commutable from London stations)

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our People & Talent team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, focusing on engaging great talent to secure the vacancies we have in key functions across our head office. We’re on the hunt for someone super passionate and tenacious, with a proven track record in recruitment – agency side or in house. You’ll be working closely with the TA Partner and other TA Advisors, accountable for sourcing candidates who will add real value to the business, delivering an incredible candidate experience from the first touchpoint right through to the the big moment…acceptance of the offer!

The role….

• Promoting our vacancies across the various platforms, including job boards, careers site, social, etc.
• Holding first stage interviews and shortlisting successful talent
• Partnering with the Hiring Managers to ensure the process is successful, making recommendations for any valuable changes
• Ensure candidates have a positive journey, actively requesting feedback to reflect and drive positive change
• Tracking and reporting on all recruitment activity
• Providing insight on any challenges, industry insight, candidate feedback
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships across the business
• Developing a future talent pool
• Offering recommendations to enhance the recruitment journey
• Finding innovative ways to source and attract less visible talent

What we’re looking for from the successful candidate:

• A solid recruitment background, either in-house or agency-side
• Experience gained recruiting in the retail, hospitality or leisure industries
• Bucket loads of passion and enthusiasm
• A natural flair for building great relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen eye for detail
• Self-motivation and a ‘can do’ work ethic
