With decades of experience in retail and building marketplaces, the Ankorstore founding team knew it was time to create a global wholesale solution to swing the balance in favor of independents. They founded Ankorstore in 2019 with the goal of creating an ecosystem that enables independent shops and brands to thrive.
Just two short years later, we’ve grown to a team of over 500 employees operating across seven offices worldwide, and we’ll grow even more in 2022. After fundraising in January 2022, taking our total funding to €365 million, Ankorstore is thrilled to have achieved unicorn status in such a short time.

About your role
As a Finance Operations Associate, you will be part of a small, international and friendly Finops team.
Our team is located all over Europe across the below locations:
You will help both Finance and Operations teams to provide our brands & retailers with a great experience.
Your job will be to monitor the financial life of orders placed on the ANKORSTORE website by following the below steps:
Step 1: guarantee the quality of retailers who order from the brands
Step 2: answer financial questions from retailers
Step 3: ensure the collection of unpaid claims
You will propose ideas to improve our processes. As such, you have an interest in automation and process simplification.
You will report directly to a Senior Financial Operations Associate at ANKORSTORE and you will be in contact with other teams: accounting team, customer service, brand management, shipping team and with our external financial partners.
