Animal Health Partners is a new state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital in Toronto! We are a 32 vet, 150 staff member hospital housed within a 20,000 square foot facility fully equipped with specialty technology found nowhere else in Canada, including our AI triage system and 3 Tesla MRI. We take our commitment to animals, pet parents and the community seriously. We are currently looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of the CSR Supervisor and with support from the HR/Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the CSR include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Scheduling appointments/emergency walk-ins
• Answering phones/emails
• Setting up new clients and patients in our electronic medical software
• Preparation and maintenance of medical records
• Admitting and discharging patients
• Mailings
• Computer operation
• Financial transactions
• Filing
• Front office and reception area maintenance
