Our Amesbury office has recently re-opened so there will be the opportunity to be office based, to continue to work from home or split your time between home and office.

What you`ll get up to as a Talent Acquisition Advisor

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working alongside a Talent Acquisition Partner and another Advisor, you`ll be:

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and contact centre roles, including attracting, sourcing, telephone interviewing, scheduling interviews and managing the offer process
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, taking an active role in understanding their requirements
• Engaging with prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities, creating strong interview pipelines
• Helping to ensure our hiring managers are trained to be great interviewers and brand ambassadors
• Ensuring there is adherence to policy, process, and legislation from all involved within the recruitment process

• Proven experience and success within an in-house recruitment role
• Experience of high-volume administration and coordination
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage and influence people
• Confident in working on own initiative with great organisational skills
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Creative and courageous in putting forward new ideas to evolve our process
