Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at ANIMA Health Network. you will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and supporting the clinical team. You will assist in providing exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have/be:

Essential Experience: Previous medical reception experience is a must.

Medicare Master: A solid understanding of the Medicare system is key.

Software Savvy: Experience with practice management software like Halaxy is essential (training provided for further refinement).

Warm and Welcoming: A friendly and approachable personality is essential.

Organisational Whiz: You’ll keep appointments flowing smoothly and manage patient information effectively.

Strong Communication Skills: You can interact personably and professionally with patients and colleagues.
