What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for managing the software development teams who are responsible for building high quality applications across all of our brands. You will also be responsible for growing the delivery teams and recruiting high calibre individuals and developing them professionally within their career discipline.
We believe in a collaborative approach to software delivery whereby the solutions are defined by the each of the delivery teams. You should have the experience to contribute to this and delivering solutions in a fast, commercial working environment in order to realise business opportunities and growth.
As a proven developer and manager, you’ll work as part of a small team on a range of projects and be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle including helping to shape the solutions where appropriate. You’ll ensure solutions are delivered in line with our high internal standards.

What do you need?
To be successful in your application you will have proven experience of managing technical teams. A background in software/web development and working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.
With excellent leadership skills you will be able to inspire and motivate developers to be high performing. You will also be able to interpret technical business ideas and communicate them to non-technically minded individuals where appropriate. You will have an eye for detail and strong time management and prioritisation skills.
