Angela’s Swim School is looking for qualified or part qualified Level 1 and Level 2 Swim England/STA Swimming Teachers to start as soon as possible . We offer a very competitive hourly rate with permanent part-time hours.
Our franchised Swim School teaches children and adults of all levels and abilities, starting from Parent & Child in small class sizes. We also teach 121/122 private lessons.
The main responsibilities of our Teachers are:
- Teach according to our own programme
- Build relationships with our swimmers in providing safe and enjoyable lessons
- Help and encourage our swimmers through each skill level which is supported by our own rewards programme
- Being a team player in ensuring our lessons run efficiently
- As and when required attend training sessions – these may fall outside your normal teaching schedule
Our Instructors will have:
- Swim England/STA Level 1/Level 2 qualifications or above
- National Pool Lifeguard/RLSS National Rescue Water for Swimming Teachers and Coaches qualification
- An in-date DBS or Swim England/UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate
- Hold their own personal Insurance certificate
- Be punctual, reliable and confident
- Have the passion and determination to see our swimmers achieve their goals
