The main purpose of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering a full pre-employment checking and administration service by ensuring the provision of a high quality, cost effective recruitment service, responsive to the needs of all candidates, managers and staff throughout the Health Board.
You will provide a full customer service and administrative support service to the Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Advisor and the Head of Strategic Resourcing;
You will be the first point of contact for all candidate pre-employment checking processes, ensuring that all checks are received and processed within the agreed timescales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
