This is an exciting opportunity to join Aneurin Bevan University Health Board! We are looking for a confident individual with a strong administration background, intermediate skills on all Microsoft office applications and preferably experience of using an electronic recruitment systems.

The recruitment function is a very busy function often managing changing priorities through the working week and providing good customer service to our colleagues and applicants.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering a full pre-employment checking and administration service by ensuring the provision of a high quality, cost effective recruitment service, responsive to the needs of all candidates, managers and staff throughout the Health Board.

You will provide a full customer service and administrative support service to the Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Advisor and the Head of Strategic Resourcing;

You will be the first point of contact for all candidate pre-employment checking processes, ensuring that all checks are received and processed within the agreed timescales.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
