Aneu Catering & Events Hiring for Full Time Market & Catering Baker Full Time

We are looking for our full time market & catering baker to bake fresh pastries and set up the Market’s bakery display case. The baker will manage and assist with preparation of the bakery’s ‘Grab and Go’ case. The full time market & catering baker will be responsible for the following daily tasks:

-Fulfill daily corporate and residential catering orders in timely fashion.
– Organize and prepare catering baked goods for following day.
-Follow prep list and recipes created by Executive Pastry Chef.
– Organize inventory of walk-in freezer and work with Executive Pastry Chef to help manage production.
– Collaborate with Executive Pastry Chef to create and maintain a seasonal and health conscious menu.

We are looking for a pastry chef with to assist our in house baker/pastry chef with daily operations. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients & make cookies, bars, & all desserts from scratch! This will start as a part time position will possibility to move to full time. We are a family oriented business & work as a team in all aspects of our business. This is a fast paced business & we are growing!

* Please note we do NOT often decorate our pastry items…I.e. we are not a bakery who decorates traditional cakes for birthdays**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $43,500.00 per year
