Full Charge Bookkeeper

You Must have home office with internet.

All Remote Work – Must be in Phoenix. Will have to pick up work at office.

This is a Accounting Office – You will work with multiple clients at the same time.

Job Overview

Must have working knowledge of ****QuickBooks Online. **************

Essential job duties include:

Write-up accounting/bookkeeping and prepare financial statements
Multiple Bank reconciliations for depository accounts
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
General ledger maintenance
Weekly check preparation
Payroll processing
Administration of business and payroll taxes
Prepare monthly financial statements
Maintain required business documents
Assist in preparation of W2 and annual 1099’s
Process payroll
Process state and federal payroll taxes
Request, collect and compile all necessary documents
Constant contact with clients
File and maintain client folders

Qualifications for Full Charge Bookkeeper

Preferred but not required:

Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
Aptitude for business
Detail oriented
Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
Experience with financial statements and tax returns
