This position is an entry level role on the NOC (Network Operations Center) Team. Responsibilities include:

Generating action from configured actionable alerts

Maintaining internal use KB (Knowledge Base) for configured actionable alerts

Administration of fleet security stack

Administration of remote management tools

Participate in training and development of technical staff – with respect to security stack and remote management tools

Participate in development of NOC processes for fleet management

Misc. duties as assigned

About you

Your Team

The Professional Services team is where the technical leaders of the company reside. Comprising the Projects department, Internal IT and the NOC, the ProServ team is where decisions are made on general technology adoption and implementation. Overseen by the Vice President of Andromeda, this team is agile and effective. We do what needs doing, and our technical acumen is such that our leadership team looks to us to drive technical growth in the company. We are comprised of several disciplines and varied interests, from scripting / development to documentation, from remote engineering to hands in the field. How you will contribute

You will be first line reactive to alerts, generating action, or opening tickets with the Managed Services team to generate action Participation in new product adoption, fleet normalization, documentation and general administration will fill the non-reactive time. You will directly impact service delivery to the client by working to provide a consistent baseline fleet-wide for the helpdesk staff to work from. Consistency in the fleet will also have a direct impact on reporting and metrics to inform business decisions of the company and our clients.

The skills you will need:

• Windows and Windows Server General Knowledge
• Basic CMD, Windows PowerShell and/or PowerShell knowledge
• Scripting experience preferred (PowerShell a plus)
• RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) experience preferred (N-Central a plus)
• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
