Job Description:

As a Private Equity Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the investment strategy and execution of investments. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and success of all the portfolio companies present and in the future due to the lean team. You will work closely with a dedicated team of investment professionals, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on execution experience in the healthcare private equity buy-out strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and source potential investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments to evaluate potential acquisitions.
• Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities and determine valuations.
• Investment Execution: Participate in all stages of the investment process, including structuring, negotiation, and closing of transactions.
• Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and working towards value creation.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum, of 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a strong background in healthcare investments or transactions closed.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for making a positive impact on the sector.
