Andersen Windows and Doors is currently seeking a qualified Logistics Supply Chain Analyst for its Bayport and Cottage Grove locations in Minnesota. This challenging position involves leading project teams in solving complex problems that span multiple value streams, functions, businesses, and/or large user bases.

As an experienced logistics Analyst, the successful candidate will bring a fresh perspective to existing solutions while serving as a coach and trainer to those with less experience.

The Logistics Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for the transportation planning process for enterprise orders, using logistics software for both purchased transportation providers and private fleet. Effective management of this process helps ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

With this key role, the Logistics Supply Chain Analyst will play an integral part in driving the success of Andersen Windows and Doors. This position offers opportunities for growth and professional development, as well as the chance to make a meaningful impact in an exciting and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

• Daily “on time” optimization of enterprise orders using logistics software tools to build efficient, complex, and dynamic loads and assign delivery mode which will meet customer demands and fully utilize enterprise private fleet resources/equipment.
• Balance needs/requests of internal and external customers, capacity, preferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and/or experience in transportation management. – Skilled in the use of spreadsheets and database software.
• Ability to critically assess situations, solve problems, work effectively under stress and within deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
