Vacancy – Graduate Engineer

Location – Bristol

Full time/ Permanent position

Anderselite are working with a renowned engineering consultancy based in Bristol specialising in both civil and structural engineering across a wide range of projects and schemes.

My client is looking to take on a Graduate Engineer to join and support their design team and work on infrastructure projects including feasibility studies, outline design and scheme drawings, conceptual designs, design parameters, methods of analysis and preparation of calculations.

The ideal candidate:

– Proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programmes.
– Knowledge of British standards and Eurocodes.
– Knowledge of design packages including TEDDS, SCALE, CSC Fastrack.
– Confident oral and written communication skills.
– Self motivated.
– Ability to work as part of a team.
– Able to take direction.
– Flexible attitude.
– Presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

– Good degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
– Graduate membership of either IStructE or ICE.
– Design office experience as part of a sandwich course.
