Salary: £20,500 + Service Charge

The Andaz London is currently recruiting Waiter/ Waitress position in our Room Service.

About you

We are looking for a stand-out Room Service Waiter/ess who is dynamic and with a passion for 5 star hospitality. You will be ensuring an amazing experience for all the hotel guests by providing a friendly and efficient service to anyone dining in room.

The ideal Room Service Waiter/ess will have:

• Fantastic guest service skills

• Experience working in a quality hotel, preferably 5*

• A keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation

• Excellent communication skills

• A reliable and committed attitude to work

• Strong level of English

The working week is based on 5 days on and 2 days off with no split shifts. You will need to be flexible for your working week and weekends will be required. This position is based on 40 hours per week and any overtime is paid.
